Download and install Never Alone: Ki Edition on your Laptop or Desktop computer

If you want to install and use the Never Alone: Ki Edition app on your PC or Mac, you will need to download and install a Desktop App emulator for your computer. We have worked diligently to help you understand how to use this app for your computer in 4 simple steps below:

Step 1: Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac

Ok. First things first. If you want to use the application on your computer, first visit the Mac store or Windows AppStore and search for either the Bluestacks app or the Nox App . Most of the tutorials on the web recommends the Bluestacks app and I might be tempted to recommend it too, because you are more likely to easily find solutions online if you have trouble using the Bluestacks application on your computer. You can download the Bluestacks Pc or Mac software here

Step 2: Install the emulator on your PC or Mac

Now that you have downloaded the emulator of your choice, go to the Downloads folder on your computer to locate the emulator or Bluestacks application.
Once you have found it, click it to install the application or exe on your PC or Mac computer.
Now click Next to accept the license agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application properly.
If you do the above correctly, the Emulator app will be successfully installed.

Step 3: for PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and look for its search bar. Once you found it, type Never Alone: Ki Edition in the search bar and press Search. Click on Never Alone: Ki Editionapplication icon. A window of Never Alone: Ki Edition on the Play Store or the app store will open and it will display the Store in your emulator application. Now, press the Install button and like on an iPhone or Android device, your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
You will see an icon called "All Apps".
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.
You should see the icon. Click on it and start using the application.

Step 4: for Mac OS

Hi. Mac user!
The steps to use Never Alone: Ki Edition for Mac are exactly like the ones for Windows OS above. All you need to do is install the Nox Application Emulator or Bluestack on your Macintosh. The links are provided in step one

Never Alone (Kisima Ingitchuna) is an atmospheric puzzle platformer developed in collaboration with the Iñupiat, an Alaska Native people, drawn from a traditional story that has been shared across the generations. • Cool game but don't buy it

    by Golden Kawaii egg
The game has great graphics, storyline, and characters but theres so many things wrong with it. The first problem is it's really confusing on how to play. Every chapter there's a new things to learn about the controls. The controls are also really wonky. The second thing is that it's kind of expensive for what it's actually worth. The game is kind of like a demo it's not complete. The third and final thing I will be stating is it's a short almost demo type game. After you finish the chapters it takes you back to the start and you just replay the game there's not another level there's not another story it's just the same story over and over. This really frustrates me because I thought it's going to be a really fun game to have multiple different stories. Since I bought the game I hope they make updates and bring new stories into the game because that would be a waste of money if it's just one gameplay. There's a bunch of other games you could've bought with the money that you paid for this game so it really makes me mad. I finished the game today and I was expecting it to bring me to another story or another section or chapter but I just brought me back to the start screen and once I press play it restarts the whole story>:( sorry this was a long review but just wanted to inform people who wanted to buy it:)
  • Not exactly worth the money

    by Codyn17
So when I first saw this game it was in a apple store and I wanted to download it on my iPad when I got home but when I looked at it costed money which I was pretty bummed about. The only reason I have this game is because I got a gift card and used that to buy it. They have added to the story line but then the developers abandoned the app. The graphics are ok and the story sometimes gets emotional but with all the great graphics and sooooo much going on it closes you out of the app sometimes. I am a huge gamer and have experienced many different video games that can cost up to 40 dollars but they were worth it. But I think this game would be worth if it was like a dollar for the full version and free for the demo but because the developers abandoned the app it lost all of it’s potential to be better. It was updated last more than a year ago.
  • Looks great

    by Nnnsddjfrjk
I would really like to play this game as the graphics are terrific and the educational videos interesting. However, I can't get past of the first minute of play. Quite honestly I didn't realize there was an action component till I was trying to run away. "Action " was nowhere in the description. I look because I try to avoid these intermittent action games- they inspire the same tension I get driving in the bay area during rush hour. Lol I say either give our hero a really big gun or maybe some wings. I'm really frustrated. Honest depictions of wild animal behavior are fine but seeing the results of my failure five minutes ago was no less visually disturbing than the first time. I live in California; the most dangerous creatures I encounter are humans in cars. (Caution: Small Spoiler alert coming ...) I mean who would have thought there would be so many ways for a polar bear to eat someone?
  • Absolutly beautiful and amazing!

    by GabD.
The game's graphics and details are absolutely stunning. The little details make the game so much more realistic. However, even if the game was so addicting and beautiful it was so short by the time it ended it left me wanting more. I wanted to know about about what happened at the ending. This game deserves a five star rating for its story line alone. There were a few glitches like with controlling the fox near the middle/end, but it's still pretty ok to control. I recommend this game to people who pay attention to graphics and storyline a lot. It's also like limbo in some ways the controls except much more beautiful and in depth with its story. Please play this game! 👍🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
  • Blown away

    by pianoman09
This game is incredible. You play as an Iñupiat girl and her Arctic Fox companion as they journey to find the source of a blizzard that has precluded her village from hunting caribou, which they need to survive. Throughout, you score “cultural insights,” 1-2-minute pieces of documentary footage that deepen your cultural understanding of the Iñupiat, their traditions and stories, and their relationship with their environment. You have to find the hidden owls to gain them, so you end up working hard to learn about them. I missed three of them by the time I was done, and I went back and replayed the levels to find them all. It’s gorgeously done, front to back; it’s challenging; it’s so smart. And I CRIED AT ONE POINT BECAUSE I WAS SO MOVED My only criticism is that sometimes the controls don’t work as expected, even when I changed the level of joystick sensitivity, so there were moments of frustration when I had to replay some scenes several times because I couldn’t get the fox to clamber up a wall properly.
  • Magical and A bit dark

    by Cvb177
A lot of games I'd describe as 'magical' are lighthearted and safe. This platformer reminds me of a mix of Limbo (can be sad and dark with constant deaths, and the gameplay), with Out of this World (realistic physics and movement) and also Ghost Trick a little. The characters are gorgeous. The controls are great but there's only so much you can do with a touch Dpad. I am almost finished but I get so frustrated playing platform games on a touchscreen. I would love to play on a controller. The cultural fact additions are great and I love the narrators voice in native tongue. The snow animation is beautiful. Thanks for putting on sale
  • Absolutely incredible. BUY IT!

    by Michelle00721!
I just read a review that said it is confusing to play... It literally tells you in big white font what is going on while you play the game. So disregard the idiot review. The game is TRULY incredible. It’s absolutely captivating from the second your eyes lay on the beautiful graphics. I adore that it is a strong, young heroine that ties in not only a beautiful, true storyline but basically tiny snippets of documentaries. You have the option to watch or not watch. It’s a game you look forward to coming home and relaxing with. Beautiful!! Bravo developers!
  • Wow

    by Lps cool lover
This was, and HAS to be, the BEST game ever created!! I really hope there's another part to it! This game had everything in it! Challenges! Emotions! Puzzles! You name it! Defiantly emotions, I about cried when I saw Fox die, I was so relieved to see he was okay! The only small thing that bugs me, which isn't so bad, more or less funny, but- when you switch to Fox, the spirit, K would sometimes be.. really stupid. She'd run to the edge- and jump off when ever a flew out to get a spiritual bubble. Other thank that- the games' great! I'm so glad I caught it before it went back to its original price, though, either way. I still would have bought it. The cover looks great, the graphics, controls, everything! And just being able to switch between the two was so creative! I don't think any game can beat this in my top 3. Because this is #1!!
  • Annoying controls and game

    by Thlfsvjolbrwafylmfsgydsj
It's so beautiful, and I love the concept. I've been waiting for this game to come to mobile, then waiting for the price to drop. Thank God I only paid $1 for it, because I played for maybe an hour (spread over a week) before deleting it. The response to the controls is too slow and not sensitive enough. The fox jumps off cliffs when on auto control. And other than that the gameplay just isn't interesting enough for me to stick it out. Again, the game is really pleasant to look at. But I just didn't enjoy playing.
  • Amazing but frustrating

    by Izzie Eziwef
I bought this game after playing Playdead’s Inside because I was looking for more amazing side-scroll games. This game is incredible - amazing graphics, good story, and the cultural insights were really cool. However, the controls drove me out-of-my-mind frustrated, especially the controls involving moving and jumping. It lagged a lot, and often out of nowhere I’d be unable to move. This caused me many deaths that I could have otherwise avoided. Fix the controls and I’d give this five stars. It’s also not really worth the price. But, it’s still worth playing.
