What is Danat Al-Rames?
The Dana Al Ramis project is a residential and commercial development located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, in the Dana Al Ramis neighborhood. The project is situated on the eastern coast of the Qatif Governorate, stretching approximately 4000 meters along the coastline in the northeastern part of the Qatif Governorate. The project is bordered to the south by the Zahraa and Al Naseera neighborhoods, to the north and east by the Arabian Gulf, and to the west by the Ramis farms. The project is connected to a network of arterial and local roads, including the southern corniche, the Gulf Street, the Ahad Road Bridge, and the Tarout Island Bridge.
1. على ضفاف الخليج العربي وعلى الشاطئ الشرقي لمحافظه القطيف يقع مخطط دانة الرامس الذي يمتد حوالي 4000 متر على طول الساحل في الطرف الشمالي الشرقي لمحافظه القطيف، حيث يحده في الجنوب مخطط الزهراء ومخطط الناصره وفي الشمال والشرق الخليج العربي وفي الغرب مزارع الرامس ولا يبعد عن طريق رأس تنوره وصفوى الجديد سوى 2كم، ويرتبط المخطط بشبكة طرق نموذجية شريانية ومحلية حيث يرتبط بالكورنيش الجنوبي وشارع الخليج بجسر طريق أحد ويرتبط بجزيرة تاروت بجسر المشاري الامر الذي سوف يربطه بمدينه برأس تنوره ومطار الملك فهد الدولي بطريق سريع ومباشر وتربطه العديد من الطرق المحليه بمختلف أحياء مدن القطيف.
2. جميع خدمات البنية التحتية متوفرة بالمخطط وهي تشمل شبكات الكهرباء والمياه والهاتف والصرف الصحي وتصريف الأمطار والانارة والطرق والارصفة، وقد تمت اعمال التطوير تحت الإشراف الهندسي المباشر من قبل الجهات المعنية وتم تنفيذها وفق الشروط والمواصفات المعتمدة.
3. • شارع تجاري غرب المخطط مطل على مزارع الرامس.
4. • يحتوي على مستشفى خاص وأرض مخصصه لإقامة نادي رياضي.
5. • يحتوي على عدد 3000 قطعة سكنية و تجارية تقريباً.
6. تم تحديد موعد المزاد بتاريخ 7 ربيع الأول 1437هـ الموافق 18 ديسمبر 2015م بفندق شيراتون الدمام بعد صلاة العصر.
7. • يحتوي على مجمع تجاري على مساحة 85,000م.
8. • فلل سكنيه على شارع الكورنيش مطله على البحر.
