This app as I heard is an amazing app that people love to read but what they fail to tell you is that you have to pay, its either you start a 7 day free trail or you pay weekly or Yearly. Really? For one I thought this would be free content and it doesn’t help that you have to see these amazing comics and can’t even read them because their all locked not even the first three episodes are unlocked, so really you don’t know if it’s good or not but have to pay, for one I don’t want to pay for a manga or comic book because why pay to read something that should be free or at least unlock the first three episodes or even give some free content not just lock all comics, I don’t know how people can just do the free trial get hooked and have to spend valuable money that some need to use for every day life for some updates on mangas, I was looking forward to reading on the app. In the ads they fail to tell you that you need to pay, this app I get it it’s a subscription service BUT TELL THE PEOPLE EXACTLY WHAT THEY NEED TO KNOW. I was drawn by the art but I immediately deleted the app after finding out I need to pay, I’m not going to do it, EVEN Tappas has a better service than you! STICK TO WEBTOON, THEIR ARE AMAZING STORIES THERE

I didn’t like it because all the manga there had to be paid for and that’s not right because we don’t even get a sample to see how well the app is and how it works. It’s not like people are just willing to give up money without having a sample first. Some people will but besides that point. If you’re at a store looking for clothes, and you don’t think the clothes will fit, will you try it on first or but it immediately without knowing how it fits. It’s the same here basically. So I just want you to put out samples at least 2 episodes maybe. To me this app looked appealing but it’s not just the outside that counts and that a reason why I dont like it. The drawing are great but I can’t see more of the drawing because everything costs money. So I would rather stick to MangaToon or WEBTOON because those are both really good and you get A LOT of free episodes. But in my case, if thugs weren’t so expensive I would get this.

I was so excited to try this app when I saw the ad for a comic based on The Portrait of Dorian Gray(Grey). The moment I opened the app, thinking it was free like Tapas(you can earn coins to unlock chapters of comics or novels) or Webtoon(everything is free except maybe the most recent chapters that you can pay to see early), I went straight to find that one comic. I thought the hearts on the profile of the comics were for adding to a library, so I “added” a ton before I got to the one I was looking for. All the while I was on there, I was pestered with a pop-up asking me to subscribe or try a seven day free trial. Of course, in both cases you need to put in a credit card. Now, I went to the first chapter of Dorian Gray(Grey). I scrolled down a short distance only to find ANOTHER pop-up. I tested other chapters, of that comic and others, and found that the app was definitely NOT free. I was incredibly disappointed, especially when it said in the app that these comics were exclusive to Sēla. I’m a creator myself, and I understand how hard artists have to work, however this isn’t right. If someone can’t afford to subscribe, then they aren’t allowed to see the beautiful art and stories available there. I’m definitely sticking to Tapas and Webtoon now.

This app is wonderful the art work and the story lines are amazing. There was one in particular I couldn’t stop reading. The only thing I could see wrong is that they don’t tell you when the stories you are reading are going to be updated and they don’t respond to comments asking about when an update will occur other than that highly recommend this app the stories are amazing my favorite so far is lumi white.
