They refuse to help when their app breaks

I used to really like this application until I had to contact customer support. On the first day of a coin back event I purchased episodes that qualified for coins back. I waited and never received my coins. I contacted customer support and sent them a screenshot of my “Coin Usage”. That showed that I spent at least 36 coins on episodes that qualified for coins back. Customer service claims that I didn’t actually pay for those episodes. Yet I have the transaction history. I will not endorse this website ever again. And I’m contacting Apple in regard to them not following through on what the event claims. It says that if a comic becomes free during the event AFTER you purchase the episodes, you’ll still get coins back. That’s not true. Even though I have screenshots proving I paid for these episodes, they continued to tell me I didn’t. Yet I own them. They appear in my library, and my coin usage says I spent 3 coins on these episodes. They do not care if things break. And you shouldn’t spend a dime or invest in their events. Because they will not believe you. I would give them 0 stars. But Apple won’t let me.
What’s up with all the scams

Why is the free coin center filled with scams. Why can’t you just have me try out a mobile game or watch some videos. Some people just don’t have money they can just give away, I feel like all the viewers/creators should just switch to WEBTOON or the app can just step up their game and become more like webtoon make the app free or just find a better way for people to get coins that has nothing to do with scams, maybe then people would like the app more. I just got the app today and I can already see all the things wrong with it. First it’s the payment problems Next it’s the problem with the survey that turn into scams. This is just all way to much. the app please fix these problems and stop trying to scam or change people plz The one good thing about this app is that the comics are a little bit better than webtoons comics are. the comics that the app has are pretty good and you can’t find anything like them on webtoon for example the comic “I can see your money”

Despite the fact that some of my favorite Manhwa comics were made for LezhinComics platform I can’t get myself to use the app. The coin events are scams and don’t properly work, the wait until free is also kind of a lie. I have read several WUF comics until it suddenly dropped me and asked for coins, which I understand from creator point of view. But I also largely questione(knowing Lezhins reputation) that the creators get those coins. Also, that makes the claim of WUF a straight up lie. Recently they have awarded bunch of free coins and then literally few days later they were gone. Like 10 coins just vanished from my account. I think it’s ok to pay money for comics, but you shouldn’t lie about any of that stuff! Just make the platform completely paid and make the comics affordable. For prices I would buy them in the store or something. And if you are a creator I am sorry and you should find a different platform.
I love and hate this app

This app, hands down has the best comics I’ve ever read, but the prices are unbelievable, I think I spent 35-40 dollars in real money just to afford the comics. It’s way too expensive and there are other methods to make money on the app. Obviously with the badish ratings that you are getting, you aren’t getting money for the app. But if more people download the app because there is good ratings, you guys will make more money. You can promote other companies with ads but you definitely have to lower the prices for the coins because one comic page can cost 3 coins leading the money to go by really quickly. Lower your prices and raise the amount of coins you get. You guys have a bunch of comics that people can’t even read because they are so expensive. Please take this into consideration because there is only so much money your consumers can have to pay for these comics.
