Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "wllppr"
The search will reveal the wllppr app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once wllppr is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including wllppr.
Now enjoy wllppr on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use wllppr,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "wllppr" » then Click "Install".
- wllppr will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Random each time you open the app gives credit to artist but mostly pics of random stuff not my thing feels to limited for my taste. Good design for the UI looks cool.
