Not working

I downloaded the application hoping to get a better look into my insurance, maybe hoping it’ll be easier to find doctors, dentist and behavioral health doctors, but I can’t even get it to pull up. Main screen the app State Heath, then blank white. Doesn’t even give me the option to log in. Bad bad service

If I can give this app zero stars I would. I can’t view my ID card and whenever I click on any menu option it freezes or just won’t let me go back to the main screen. To see another screen I have to exit the app and log back in. Worst app I’ve ever used.

The app is not working. I can’t view my ID card! Once I click on something there’s no way to go back to main menu, please fix these issues the app is not worth downloading with all these problems.

The app doesn’t work leaves u on a blank screen no matter what u do won’t let u login or anything. So they need to either fix the app or take it down cause it’s no help to the members who need to login for something.
