Once The Ready State is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including The Ready State.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "The Ready State" » then Click "Install".
- The Ready State will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Great partner for anybody who’s active

Mobility is one of the app most challenging things when you’re training and your time is limited. Content is organized by sports, pre workout, post workout, body areas and not only addresses mobility but also proper mechanics and pain. I usually turn to it after I Row or on an off day to work on mobility. 5 stars. Plus I got super awesome customer service when I had questions about the app app.

Waste of time. Just use the browser version.

This app is junk. A new password must be created to use the app app (but not the app site), once a new password is created the app app logs you out 2 seconds later and on the app iPad it’s a just stretched iPhone size app. Use your browser and don’t waste your time using the app app. That said the app new content looks great! But they should have hired someone who understands the app basics of quality assurance.
