Can order otc but won’t login

Takes 10+ tries to login and logs you out every time you close it. Take 20 minutes or so to even get in. Won’t stay on user if you switch to another family members benefit page. But it’s the only way I’ve been able to order from OTC catalog ( but you need to have catalog numbers on you because you can only type in the number and search vs browse products)
