- Lack of updates and failure to listen to customer suggestions.

- Possible preference for local tour shops over direct customer sales.

Too Bad

I can’t believe a famous company, but IT staff quality is too bad, this lead to poor quality of the application, didn’t even update the application and don’t listen to customer suggestions. If customer care staff listen, staff only note it and then do not change. Too bad.
Not for tourists; Vietnamese only 🤷🏻‍♂️

If you happen to read and understand Vietnamese, this app may be worth checking out. I do not, however, so I couldn’t tell you. A bit of effort to translate the UI could make a huge difference to the accessibility of the app to the country’s vast customer pool of tourists. On the other hand, this may be a conscious choice by the app to grease the wheels of local tour shops, who make some money selling these tickets to tourists for a service fee. I wouldn’t begrudge them this choice, but so far as app review goes, it’s still a UX shortcoming.
