What is Steps, The Pedometer App?
This app is designed to track the steps taken by the user every day and over the past week or month. It is compatible with iPhone, iPod Touch, and Apple Watch. The app is easy to use and doesn't track any personally identifiable information. It continuously tracks the steps taken by the user and allows them to set custom goals. The app is battery efficient and doesn't use GPS features. It also provides health news based on new and old medical research.
1. Automatic Step Counting: The app works as if it were always on and it continuously tracks your steps (as long as you’re either carrying your iPhone or iPodTouch with you OR you’re wearing your Apple Watch).
2. Walking, Running and other Aerobic activities are great ways to be active and stay healthy.
