Install iCollections app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using iCollections on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "iCollections"
The search will reveal the iCollections app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once iCollections is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including iCollections.
Now enjoy iCollections on PC.

A very well conceived and inplemented application.

Like many people (apparently) I came to this app because I was looking for a Mac equivalent to Fences on Windows. I have been very happy with this app. I’ve been using it for years now, and have found it both reliable and capable. As a time saving utility, I feel it represents a good value, and the developer has consistently updated the program, justifying my investment. If you are the type of user who likes a clean desktop, but appreciates quick access to files and folders that may of necessity be spread all around your machine, I think you will be very happy with this app. I would recommend it without reservation.

Finally switched to using this app full time over the past couple weeks, anticipating the MacOS update and the elimination of 32 bit programs. So far I've been very pleased the functionality of the program. The developer has been very responsive with updates, email requests for features and support for customization. More apps should have such an attentive developer. There have been incremental improvements in the program, as well as bug fixes. A couple minor interface tweaks would be nice, and are hopefully in the works, but while helpful, they are certainly not deal breakers. The miniaturized bar needs to be smaller, and closed apps need to open with a single click and allow quitting from collection icon. Just procedural considerations for convenience, which is the whole idea of a program like this. If you're looking for an attractive, functional adjunct to the Apple dock, this app is worth a serious look. dodsonmd

Closest thing to Fences on Windows I’ve seen. I found that app indispensable — this does basically the same for the Mac desktop, which is to say, it makes it USEFUL, no longer a messy clutter. In particular, THANK YOU for implementing variable sizing for each collection. Running on El Capitan — no crashes so far, cross fingers. Totally worth it.

The app is awesome for organizing your desktop. I appreciate that the updates are constant and some updates bring good features. Features like tabs for the frames and different frames for different windows. Worth every penny!
