Better than an Uber and Why-

A GREAT car service with a GREAT app. Get your car sent to you fast and know what car you’re getting into before it arrives. Unlike an Uber driver, ALL the drivers are known by NAME by the owners and dispatchers, so you’re never getting into a taxi with a stranger to the company. Safe Clean, Reliable and Experienced drivers at a responsible rate is what you get when you call this app!!!
I wouldn’t trust my family with ANY other car service.

Wouldn't go anywhere else for Airport transfer or taxi service. the app Lakes Car service is excellent and very reliable, 100% customer focus, very friendly, great prices and very efficient. They never once failed to show up on time. Their cars are always clean and drivers are always polite and professional. the app Lakes app makes everything so easy. Highly recommend the app Lakes Car service.

Worst car service I have ever experienced

They won’t show up if you call them after 2am ..the app will say 15 minutes and then add another 25 mins to your ride without you knowing and again never show up. Just turn your phones off if you don’t want to drive people leaving a bar or a club.. I’m a bartender and 85% not drinking on the job but when I do and need a car service this place never shows up and lies to make you wait longer. I call Matamoros now they’re cars are so much cleaner drivers are so nice and don’t smoke in their cars .. cleanest most polite company I’ve called ps I live on Staten Island

Your Phone APP is still broken

Is it that your replacing the old broken app or did you just forget to tell your customers that your app no longer works and the only way to schedule a ride is on the phone?
It has to be one or the other otherwise it seems like you just don’t have any questions consideration for your customers.
the app has always been a company that Staten Islanders could count on for reasonable rates and good service but lately your service has started to decline and that’s unfortunate because you will lose many good customers .
