False Alarms

I love the idea behind this app. The item I am struggling with right now that gets very annoying is that it will go off randomly, even if my phone is in the other room not moving. It has a speed selection option, yet it will go off sometimes if I’m just setting there. The main problem with so many false alarms when I’m not even driving is that I will get in the habit of turning it off without thinking about it. This will completely defeat the purpose if I just quickly turn off false alarms without thinking because I may just do it from conditioning or muscle memory when my baby is in the truck. Is here any way to prevent so many daily false alarms?
Very inconsistent, but responsive customer support

It's very inconsistent (despite ALWAYS being up.) I reviewed the tutorial and had already done what the support team had suggested, including restarting the app at the beginning of drives (but even if that did work, the purpose of this type of app is to be a reminder, if I'm having to remind it to remind me, it kind of defeats the purpose) but given its inconsistency I don't feel it's something I can rely on or trust. Thank you for your swift reply to my email!
Will not contribute to your loved one’s safety

This app worked for me maybe five times and hasn’t worked since. As this is an app that’s supposed to help keep your loved ones safe, it’s lack of functionality means it’s doing more harm than good. This summer I will be looking for an alternative that actually alerts me as advertised.
Epic fail

Concept is great but doesn’t accomplish what you need. When it sends the alert there is no alarm or anything. If I’m already distracted enough to leave my child in the car do you think a silent text is going to get my attention? Back to the drawing board.
