The search will reveal the iLicense Plate Camera app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once iLicense Plate Camera is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including iLicense Plate Camera.

- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "iLicense Plate Camera" » then Click "Install".
- iLicense Plate Camera will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
