Instructions not clear

As soon as i opened the app and enabled my location, it went to mecca, which i wasn't in that area at that time, and there was lack of instructions so i was very confused and i did not have coins with me, also my card was always “not valid” So this app had no use, i went around asking about the machine which turns out i needed a card for which i did not have and by the time i found out how to do it the time zone already finished, so i dont recommend this app.

Disappointing !

The app doesn't allow to reload eWallet with any desirable amount which is a disappointment..

Payment systems doesn’t work

Every time I need to use this app it fails me. It never adds my credit card and I get an error message saying I should use a valid card. It is valid, but the app doesn’t even check that probably. USELESS. Carry coins in your car in case you need to park somewhere.

The worst application I have ever stumbled upon, very hard to use, the interfaces are rubbish and the payment system is so stupid. (you have to charge your eWallet with your credit card with amounts that they enforce on you)
أسوأ تطبيق استخدمتو في حياتي، صعب جدا في الاستخدام، واجهات البرنامج غبية جدا ونظام الدفع سيء للغاية. (يجب عليك شحن حسابك الإلكتروني من خلال بطاقة الائتمان الخاصة بك بمبالغ محدد من قبل الشركة)
