1. The new process created by CVING allows the most worthy candidates to be contacted by businesses in the advanced phase of the selection process.

10. Meeting each and every candidate is unthinkable, so CVING has created a new tool: the Pending-Interview.

11. Such an innovative method will allow everyone to truly express themselves and not just be a piece of paper, because personality, attitude and competences can only be communicated through video.
