We've got a host of new exercises to learn, cadence structures, and a the new philosophies of Progressive Readiness. Learn each of the new exercises with pictures and descriptions from the text. Once you have a good grasp of the mechanics you can jump into the exercise drills. We'll call the exercise and count the cadence for you. After you have the individual drills down you'll be ready to take on our full workout sessions. Note, the workout sessions are designed from TC 3-22.20.
