2. Thinkladder is a mental wellbeing app that enables you to explore your belief system, weed out and replace limiting ideas that stop you from living your best life.

3. Other self-help apps ask the user to provide their own alternative affirmations, which I find that can be an impossible task - if one is so steeped in limiting, negative thoughts, feelings and perspectives about one's self.

5. As a self-help app, I really appreciate how it provides a plethora of helpful, positive self-affirmations to select, in order to try and replace the negative ones with.
