so upset!

actually i just want to try this app first cuz they offer me some free trial, but when the free trial already finish they suddenly automatic subscription the app premium for 1 year and took almost 1million rupiah from my credit card. they dont even ask or give me a notification. *please i dont want subscription ur app, please cancel my subscription cuz i can't cancel it by myself*

CAREFUL FOR AUTOMATIC RENEWAL SUBSCRIPTION, I just paid 1 year for 600.000 Indonesian Rupiah! I even unistalled this app long ago, i never use this app. shame on your subcription system!!

Scam..

Dear app.. In application, it said that my yearly subcription will be begin on January 10, 2019, but you already charge Rp 689k to my credit card on January 1, 2019. I don’t wanna use this application and pay it. How to unscribe the payment?
