glitches and text comments disappears

It would randomly glitch and my text comments are replaced by some other texts (and the original one is forever gone) before I could save them. Why am I not giving it one star? I just want to appear a little less like a hater so you’d read my comment. Another terrible feature: the app tracks everything on the screen even if you’re clearly just using Apple Pencil, so your palms just randomly leave dots on the sides. Another terrible feature: the app doesn’t allow “undo” once you “save” the freehand drawing. Then the eraser has only one size, so you can’t just remove some little parts of your notes if you don’t like it.

Avoid this app!

I have been using this app heavily for the past year and a half and it always finds a way to frustrate me. It is a rigid system that is not conducive for much of anything. It lacks ease and smooth flow. The lack of customizability in storing data and note taking is also quite disappointing. I give this app 2 stars ONLY because it gets the job done. However, I would much rather rate it a 1 star for the frequent headache it has caused me. I have used other apps, such as notability with much more success. I would preferably switch over from this system, but unfortunately, I have already purchased App and invested my note taking efforts here. Moral of the Story: If any old app will do, App is the app for you. If you’re looking for an app that is more helpful, less problematic, and overall higher functioning, look elsewhere immediately!

Years and years of free updates!

I’ve been using good reader for so long that I began to feel guilty that I’ve only paid for it once. And yet the good devs have not done anything shady like making a new version that gets updates with a slightly different name. I felt honored to get the chance to support the development of this app by purchasing the pro pack! Thank you so much for the years of constant improvement!

Love Good Reader

It allows me to organize my documents the way I want it done. It is easy and effective. I only wish there was cloud transfer to other devices.
