Find a better option

Won't sync between phone and desktop Invite feature does not work These are the only two issues I have had but unfortunately they make this app unusable for what I need, which is to coordinate/share tasks with my team. I have seen the dev reply to folks having the sync issue as far back as 1 year ago and claim that this is fixed. It is not. Find a better option. Gave 2 stars because if you want to manage tasks all by yourself on one device, seems to handle that just fine.

Has Potential

When I first downloaded this app, it really seemed like it had everything I wanted and I was so excited to use it! But unfortunately, there are a lot of issues, including moving all my tasks to another list, a list that I deleted reappearing, not being able to move tasks/switch their order, etc… All things that, according to previous reviews that I’ve read, should have been permanently fixed in the 2.0.7 version (and it is now on version 2.0.8). I really hope that these issues can be addressed so I can actually use this app, otherwise it would be a lot of potential wasted.

Almost there

Have to be on the web to use some features. Consequently things don’t work sometimes (like trying to create a group while offline) but doesn’t tell you why; just doesn’t work. Thanks for almost writing what I want. Incorporate Apple’s Reminders and Siri, drag tasks to diffferent lists, include a help menu item or a link to a tutorial and FAQ page, or maybe just sell this to Apple so you can make money and they can integrate it. There are some nice features but I can do most of this with Reminders already.

Not too simple, not too complicated.

I’m a big fan of app. We used Asana before, but I frequently found myself needing to add “Organize Asana” to my to-do list. Too complicated, I think it’s for bigger organizations with very dilegent people.. app hits the sweet spot somewhere in between my scribbled notepad and Asana, so I now have my whole team using app. I did have a bug leaving (deleting) lists only to find them back the next I logged in. I filled out the contact form on the website expecting no response, or something automated, instead I received a thourough response with the guys keen resolve the issue. Points on. One of my favourite uses is having a “Today” list into which I can move items from other more longterm lists. Another is having the app open on my phone on the bottom of my home screen. I’ll then be driving or whatever, and when I think of a thing I must remember, I can very quickly add it to a list - easier than to the phone’s reminder, and it syncs immediately to the app on my computer. It’s helped my proiductivity a lot, without itself being a job to maintain.

What a bummer :( True what they say: Does NOT sync!

After playing with the iPhone app, I was almost ready to throw down for the paid subscription… But the three versions — 3 THREE! The iPhone, the desktop app, nor the web version — none of them update automatically! Just when I thought I found my new & inspiring to-do list. 😕
