Unprofessional seller (blind) and unprofessional customer service

They are a punch of thieves, the seller the organization and the can’t handle any problems they made, I ordered a dress and I received a disaster and I was in a debate with DHGate and the disrespect seller sliver 3 months after that they send me a partial refund 56$ from 186.90$ and they said this is the maximum refund I can get they make me lose my money and my time don’t buy from DHGate
