1. تأسست مجموعة الهدى للمحروقات في العام 1998 على يد رجل الاعمال الفلسطيني و رئيس مجلس إدارتها السيد طارق النتشة ، الذي واصل الليل بالنهار لتحقيق أهداف مشروعه، وقد اختار ان تكون محطته الاولى و الفرع الاول للمحطة في بلدته و مسقط رأسه بيت عور التحتا غربي رام الله، ليتبعها فيما بعد افتتاح فروع اخرى للمجموعة في مختلف انحاء الوطن.

2. وقد عمل طاقم المجموعة على إحداث نقله نوعية في قطاع المحروقات الفلسطيني وذلك من خلال تحويل مفهوم المحطة التقليدي الى مركز خدمات شامل للجمهور وذلك من خلال توفير سوبرماركت ريد للتسوق و لازمك للوازم المركبات ومعدات البناء والكهربائيات وريو كافي و ريو بزنس للإجتماعات والمناسبات، بالاضافة الى خدمات الصيانة والغسيل.

3. و قد استطاع النتشة من خلال الصبر والحنكة التغلب على كافة المعيقات التي واجهته لتحقيق اهدافه، و لم يثنه عن ذلك اي شيئ لتتحول محطة الهدى للمحروقات لاحقا الى مجموعة الهدى للمحروقات والتي تعد الأكثر انتشارا و تحتل المركز الاول بلا منازع.

4. The group's staff has worked to make a qualitative leap in the Palestinian fuel sector by converting the traditional concept of the station into a comprehensive service center for the public by providing a supermarket for shopping, necessary for vehicle supplies, construction equipment and electrical appliances, Rio Café and Rio Business for meetings and events, in addition to maintenance services.

5. Al-Natsheh was able, through patience and sophistication, to overcome all the obstacles that it faced to achieve his goals, and nothing deterred him from that, so the Al-Hoda fuel station later turned into the Al-Huda Fuel Group, which is the most widespread and occupies the first place undisputedly.

6. The number of employees and workers in the group is 497 people, as they are qualified employees and workers who are trained to accomplish their tasks quickly and with high accuracy, ensuring customer comfort on the one hand and achieving the company's goals to be always at the forefront on the other hand.

7. Tariq Al-Natsheh, who continued the night and day to achieve the goals of his project, and he chose to be his first station and the first branch of the station in his hometown and hometown Beit Awar Al Tahta, west of Ramallah.
