i ordered phone with the price of 5490EGP with the installment of 340 per month for 2 years after ordering after two days of ordering one of the employees came to check the papers and electricity billand paid the 75EGP for administration fees till now everything is going okay, then after two days he came to my work place to make sure that everything is certified till now everything is okay, then after 6 days from the day the guy came to my workplace i checked my order on the app to see that the order got rejected!!!! meanwhile i was texting with one of the costumer services to see if there’s a problem because the order took so long more than usual, after 3 days of texting to figure out the problem i got a reply “sorry your order was rejected”

Change price or sale after reservation

I requested S5070 with 178 per month for 12 months after reservation they told me now became 233 per month and they have no idea about the old price, FAKE just need you to apply and buy, even customer service are very slow and not professional at all

Very bad customer service

I tried to buy a TV for 2 months. Everytime the CS say we will call you back and nobody did. When I contacted the branch they say you have to pay for delivery although I bought it with free delivery. They give many delivery appointments they do not fulfill. Very bad experience overall.

Very bad application and customer service

Totally mess , customer service and complaint team are useless, different feedback from each agent I spoke to, finally item not delivered as i didn’t follow them and i bought it from another vendor
