Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Demifit"
The search will reveal the Demifit app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Demifit is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Demifit.
Now enjoy Demifit on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Demifit,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Demifit" » then Click "Install".
- Demifit will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Замечательное приложение, удобное в использование!!! На мой взгляд, я бы добавила разнообразие в питании на неделю для каждого типа( не в общей информации, а конкретно в дни тренировок, в дни без тренировок) , а также добавила бы рекомендации по кардио нагрузкам. Но несмотря на мои предпочтения, всем бы посоветовала приобрести данное приложение, кто хочет привести своё тело в порядок или просто сделать своё тело подтянутым и красивым!!!
