Install Annotate - Text, Emoji, Stickers and Shapes on Photos and Screenshots app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Annotate on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Annotate"
The search will reveal the Annotate - Text, Emoji, Stickers and Shapes on Photos and Screenshots app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Annotate is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Annotate.
Now enjoy Annotate on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Annotate,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Annotate" » then Click "Install".
- Annotate - Text, Emoji, Stickers and Shapes on Photos and Screenshots will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Excellent app

This is a great app and is just what I was looking for! Beautifully designed, simple to use, fast and convenient to have. I just wish that you could draw rectangles, circles & ovals. Also, it would be great to be able to drop in bullets with numbers. I hope you consider these features in future updates. Thank you and keep up the great work!
Has all the basic but practical tools

This is quite simple to use, and has all the drawing, arrow, text and stickers functions. Quite sufficient. The only 2 issues is that if I choose drawing with my fingers, it is almost impossible to get draw a dot like the little dot of the exclamation point “!” or the dot for the letter “j” for example, since dotting will bring up the delete/eraser function. And also I wish I can call up the tools not just from my photo albums - it will be great if I can use on anything that I pull up on the screen, whether it is a rich text doc or pdf or notes in my contacts or a web site page I am viewing ....that will be super ...

Although this app could use a few tweaks to make it better, this app does the trick. It will help you edit photos quickly and send them off. The developers should find a way so that I may return to the app later and change an already-edited image, rather than saving it and having to do it over again. If you would add that to the app, it would make it perfect. Thanks.
Good up until iPhone 8

I used this app for work on an iPhone 6 and it worked beautifully. Snap a pic and instantly this app. But now that I’ve upgraded to iPhone 8 there is no way to allow camera access, so it will only pull from library. May sound like a minor glitch but without the ability to instantly edit pics, critical time is waisted. Please review and provide way to access camera for newer devices. Note, same issue for iPhone X.
