Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Dream Camera"
The search will reveal the Dream Camera app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Dream Camera is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Dream Camera.
Now enjoy Dream Camera on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Dream Camera,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Dream Camera" » then Click "Install".
- Dream Camera will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

This is the best camera app I've bought! So fun - you can see the effects as you are taking the picture. It allows you to be very creative and artistic! You can even apply the effects to videos! Definitely 5 stars! You won't regret buying this!
Simple pic app

This app had some nice effects and is easy to use once you figure out where things are. The video effects took me a sec to find, go to "more", select a lower resolution and the effects available for each will pop up. Good for a starter photo effect app, however the choices ate limited. Would like to see a transition effect or fade effect when switching effects while shooting video. The abrupt switch between effects can be disruptive to the story telling process of a video. Over all nice app.

This is the best camera app I found in the app store. I love the effects and the ease of use. It also has very good sharing options. I started to use it instead of the stock camera app. Definitely worth its price. Highly recommended!!!
