Install RealcompMLS app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using RealcompMLS on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "RealcompMLS"
The search will reveal the RealcompMLS app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once RealcompMLS is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including RealcompMLS.
Now enjoy RealcompMLS on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use RealcompMLS,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "RealcompMLS" » then Click "Install".
- RealcompMLS will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Could be better...

Can’t Aways see all my favorites. To be able to customize what opens first when opening the app would be nice. To have nearby listings available on the phone as they are on the iPad. How about a slideshow of nearby homes on the launch page. Say I open up a listing then hit a button for comps. A list of 3-5 comps pop-up to assist clients. A status change on favorites notification. To be able to do more of the things that can only be done on the computer. For instance, listings, bill payment, 60 sec. CMA, training webinars, etc. lastly, if I could share the app with clients and they have the ability to search like an agent. Also the agent and client have the ability to save favorites in a group. With a column for notes.

I don’t receive notification banners or sounds when I receive Home Assist notifications on the iPhone or iPad. I’ve done an uninstall, restarted my devices and reinstalled the app. It didn’t fix the issue. If I don’t open it periodically, I won’t know that a client/customer to contacted me. Please fix this important feature.

Really a well designed app. Far superior to Rapattoni. A couple of tweeks and it will be great. I agree with one of the comments that being able to order favorites would be helpful. Also, I want to be able to see price per square foot without calculating it.
Hard to navigate and not great.

You can look up a few things but it’s not great. Hard to navigate the app compared to the desktop site. You cannot print a listing on the fly from your phone. For the money they charge us i expected better in 2018!!! So many great apps and this one just falls short of being ok. Hopefully they do something better and soon!!
