Top Pcmac Reviews

  • Works great!

    By JMReno (Pcmac user)

Ok so a lot of what the reviews say are true. There are a lot of annoying ads. I tried it for a while and liked it so I bought the pro version (completely ad free) I often use it to quickly identify feedback frequencies and love how they have the noise floor setup. It makes it wayyy easier to identify the correct frequency than with other apps.
  • Good but bad if they update

    By MaxwellKlein (Pcmac user)

I bought the full this app and then something happened where I didn't have the full version anymore which forced me to buy it again. Which I did. Guess what happened again?! Had to buy it again to use the full features. Decided not to because they don't deserve my money each time they update the app. Thanks, but no thanks.
  • Dangerous App!! Ads ignore phone vol/mute setting

By MR. FREEDOM X (Pcmac user)

This totally embarrassed me at a speaking event. I had my phone turned down in every way possible, with every mute switch flipped, and the ad came in so loud. To top it off, it was political satire defaming the president and sounding a bit like porn at the same time. I don’t care what your views are, that kind of BS can be misinterpreted and cost a job or first date. I was I can’t imagine the horror if this has happened to a sound guy in a classical concert. And the ad does not exit or silence immediately. It’s a good 5 seconds of extreme volume. I think apple should have a rule against apps that ignore your mute setting.
  • Was useful, now horrible.

    By Audio Max (Pcmac user)

Even one star is too high of a rating for this now. Earlier free version was actually useful to get a ballpark idea of frequencies. As the other reviews say, now with adding the ads, and even more limitations, it is pretty useless. There are other free and/or cheap this app Apps out there, shop around before purchasing...
