Install Noise Meter Pro app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Using Noise Meter Pro on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Noise Meter Pro"
The search will reveal the Noise Meter Pro app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Noise Meter Pro is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Noise Meter Pro.

My only gripe is that it would be good to hide the “Switch to digital” / “Switch to Analog” dialog. it takes up 1/3 of the screen. should be a smaller button, not on the meter.
No calibration or setting

it seems to display that a tree grinder out my window is equivalent to a ‘whisper'. So I looked at my mic settings, they seemed normal. There is no calibration option within the app. I’m disapointed, but not surprised. You probably need special equipment to accurately measure sound. I’m using an iMac (late 2014) and OS X 10.11.3 El Capitan.
