Install ArcGIS Navigator app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using ArcGIS Navigator on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "ArcGIS Navigator"
The search will reveal the ArcGIS Navigator app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once ArcGIS Navigator is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including ArcGIS Navigator.
Now enjoy ArcGIS Navigator on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use ArcGIS Navigator,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "ArcGIS Navigator" » then Click "Install".
- ArcGIS Navigator will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

- Error message for signing in account.

- License is expired even though admin backend says everything is current and assigned appropriately.

- Requires an account with ESRI that will cost $250/year for a minimum of five user licenses before you can do anything with this app.

- ESRI doesn't mention anything about the account requirement in the App store description.

Keep getting an error message for signing in my account: 403. That’s an error. Error: disallowed_useragent Google can’t sign you in safely inside this app. You can use Google sign-in by visiting this app’s website in a browser like Safari or Chrome. 🤬
License expired

Just a heads up for anyone considering this app, as ESRI doesn't mention anything about this in the App store description. This is not your normal app store app. It requires an account with ESRI that will cost you $250/year for a minimum of five user licenses before you can do anything with this app. Gave it a 1 rating since it's totally useless to me, and I wated time downloading it :-)
