  • App needs work

The app doesn’t sync properly with the web so your information is never correct. It doesn’t seem to list all of the available tasting boxes for purchase. The bottles and tasting boxes you order can come from anywhere and can take weeks to arrive. The prices tend to be higher compared to a local store. Customer service is friendly but I agree with others it’s slow. The vault does have some more rare bottles for sale but when it’s open even those bottles are priced high compared to the average cost. That’s assuming you can find what they are offering. At this point I plan on keeping my membership because the tasting boxes are great for testing without having to commit to an entire bottle of just one item. They also offer short lessons on different spirits explaining the history and how they are made. The club isn’t all that old so I am curious what it will be in the future.
  • Don’t get scammed!

This is the worst "subscription" site I've ever come across. Not only is it a bad deal that get's you almost nothing for a hefty price ($260 for 4 tasting boxes and free shipping on items I BUY??? LOL!!) The membership was given to me as a gift, and after we realized how much of a rip off this is we had to cancel. Unfortunately right before doing so I had purchased a bottle, only to have them deliver to the wrong address, the bottle got sent back to them, and instead of just re-sending to the correct address (they said they would, but after 10 days of no response I gave up), they decided to ignore me to the point that I had to open a PayPal claim to get my money back. ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WEBSITE/MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM.
  • Some rough patches

    By OSU0034 (Pcmac user)

Overall, the app seems like it could be perfectly fine, it’s just missing a few things. (1) Once you’ve put a bottle into each of the 4 Home Bar categories, you can no longer search for bottles from anywhere in the Home Bar tab. (2) General first time login/password issues (might not be the app’s fault) (3) once an item is in the Cart, there doesn’t appear to be a way to remove it nor add more items. The Cart tab just has a “Your bill is ready” page with a “Proceed” button. No back button, no Continu Shopping button, no Remove option, only “Proceed”.
  • Works well indeed

    By cocolanglie19190 (Pcmac user)

App is beautiful and very easy to navigate. I do want to bring attention to the text on the buttons, there are two layers. I’m guessing whoever designed it didn’t know that one layer of text holds the link (such as “Take Our Survey”) and the other is the way they wanted it to look. Again it’s not actually hindering the app but it’s just poor design
