1. Maryland Buyer Costs assumes transfer taxes are split between buyer and seller and uses title insurance rates based on an Enhanced Owners Policy.

2. For the most accurate estimate, include the fees in this app to those on the buyer’s Good Faith Estimate (less transfer taxes, recording costs, title services, and title insurance).

3. Maryland Buyer Costs does not include typical lender fees if buyer is financing the purchase due to the wide variance in fees and prepaids charged.

4. Maryland Buyer Costs is designed only to provide a generalized estimate for purposes of planning and negotiation.

5. A SIMPLE design to quickly calculate closing costs in EVERY county in Maryland.

Install MD Calc app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using MD Calc on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "MD Calc"
The search will reveal the MD Calc app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once MD Calc is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including MD Calc.
Now enjoy MD Calc on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native MD Calc Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use MD Calc,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "MD Calc" » then Click "Install".
- MD Calc will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
