Install GoMetroList app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using GoMetroList on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "GoMetroList"
The search will reveal the GoMetroList app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once GoMetroList is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including GoMetroList.
Now enjoy GoMetroList on PC.

This has less functionality then just going to MLS on the Internet. Doesn’t list what houses recently sold for and the how the listing price changed while on the market

It’s embarrassing that this is an app that Realtors are supposed to share with their clients. I entered my new listing 10 hours ago and it still is not showing up in the app. I give up!

I've been waiting for my local MLS to come out with a half way decent app for a long time and they finally did. I have not used it extensively yet but so far it is performing great.
