I think it works?

Decided to try this app because it was the best-of-the-worst reviewed of the freebies. Tried with a less important doc just to be safe. It seems to work and super fast. The only thing is when it says ādrag out to save.ā Whats that mean? I dragged it out of the converter box and then didnt find it on my desktop. I went back in to my finder (im on a macbook air) and saw it as a doc and doc.x.
So im thinking that it workedā¦other alternative is i was so frantically looking initially for the doc in non-pdf that i overlooked the word version?
Anyway, thats why i said i THINK it worked. I dont think i overlooked two .doc versions on my own. However, I will keep this one tho because it was a really nice design, simple and fast. I like the drop or select file little box they show.

Downloaded app onto my MACā¦ I wish every app was this good, this app fit my needs perfect. needed to convert a complicated document from pdf to word, and thos app did it in 5 seconds all drop and drag! Easy Quickā¦. Excellent!!!

Frustrated and out 20$

I had a few successes with the iphone app (some did some didnāt work) and I really needed my university readings converted. I gave this a try as it is a one time purchace and I dont like the idea of paying for a subscription forever or loose it.
It converted a tiny portion of the readings and sent the rest into the word docs as images. In other words it gave me completely useless that were all image boxes. NO OCR was done on 90% of both pdfs I tried - I tried multiple times to no avail.
I finally paid for the Adobe subscription and and now able to use the text to speech function of my mac in word to listen to my readings while I do my housework.
IF ANYONE AT THIS APP IS LISTENING CAN YOU FIX THE PROBLEM OR REFUND MY MONEY!!!!!!!!! PLEASE
