1. Once verified, this app will allow you to store your virtual membership card on your mobile device; it will display a unique barcode that can be scanned at the Louisville Zoo to streamline entry and purchases.
2. After downloading the app and inputting your information, the Home Screen will show as “unverified.” On your next visit to the Zoo, check with the membership office to receive your verification code.
3. - The app will also show your membership level, provide links to the zoo, show all people covered on your membership as well as your member ID.
4. If you have not yet had photos taken of the named adults on your membership; please have this done when you present your app for verification.
5. - You can present your virtual card to activate discounts at gift shops, concession and select attractions.
6. - The app will also conveniently let you know when it’s time to renew.
7. Be sure to bring a Photo ID.
