Install PDF Password app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using PDF Password on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "PDF Password"
- The search will reveal the PDF Password app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once PDF Password is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including PDF Password.

Exactly what I needed for a complex Evernote workflow

I needed an iPad app that could follow this workflow: scan a document using the Canon scanning app (network connected scanner), export to an app that would encrypt the PDFs and then export those into Evernote for archiving.
This app is no bells and whistles, does exactly what I need it to do and is very intuitive. Love that there are no in app purchases or document syncing features or anything like that. Send a the app to this app using the share function, give it a password and export it using the share function.
I was skeptical since there were no reviews and it was $3 but it's worth every penny.
