  • USED TO WORK...NOW DOESN'T

    By DaycorpTrey (Pcmac user)

This app really was working for all languages when I first download it, (sorry when I first paid alot for it) now it doesn't even translate English to Spanish! I thought it was a connection error, but it doesn't matter where I am I get the same "There was a problem translating, please try again" message. And I live in Miami so I really need the Spanish translation to work, especially since the app was far from free! 😕
  • Works Well for Me

    By TheRealKMR (Pcmac user)

Not sure… maybe it is English based… but it is working for me. Tried English to Spanish and English to Korean. Both worked really well. It also allowed me to go from both Spanish and Korean back to English (just had to "copy" the reply and the translation automagically appeared). Works as advertised (as far as I'm concerned). Brilliant!
  • No Reverse Translation!

    By Darth Ridiculous (Pcmac user)

I should've read the reviews, which normally I do. I'm a scholar whose current project involves working with documents written in Albania. Translating into Albanian is useless to me. I needed it to translate FROM Albanian INTO English. If can do the one then it can do the other—or rather *could*, had the developer merely enabled it. Dude, c'mon. Further, as at least one reviewer has pointed out, the app requires both parties in a conversation to know English. And why would they use the app instead of simply using English? Developer really didn't think this one through.
  • Almost great when it used to work.

    By KemishaRoxanne (Pcmac user)

Great concept Even though it doesn't work with predictive and is filled with typos if I don't type carefully (hard when you're used to the predictive text but you get used to it). Then the bad: it was buggy sometimes when switching between keyboards, but it still worked. Then lo and behold "error translating" about 2 months after purchase. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still no difference. Wasted money for a bum app that has potential to be so good.
