Issue after issue

Placed order and used a reward that it showed was available. Then get email to call CS. Turns out reward was not valid. They said to process order I had to pay more. Went ahead and paid more and asked for them to cancel the initial order so i would not have double order. They said first order was not processed bc of coupon issue but I told them it showed in my statement but they guaranteed me it would disappear in 1-2 business days. Checked order status a few days later and noticed that the initial order was still reflecting on my account as well as the duplicate order. I also noticed the second order was shipped to a different state not the same as my initial order. Called CS and representative said she would cancel first order and correct the address to have it shipped to same address I initially had chosen. Later that day I had a bad feeling and went online again to check order status and still showed both orders and wrong address. Called again and turns out they had not cancelled order and they actually could not change shipping address that I would have to place a third order to get it shipped to my location. So third order in.... fingers crossed that they finally got everything correct. Will follow up after the weekend to see if any luck. But I for sure do not trust the app or the customer service people and do not plan to use for future orders. I feel it’s to much of a hassle for something that should be easy
Terrible experience

I ordered 2 long dresses, for my daughters wedding. My first ordered got canceled, because I used a reward of 10 dollars, that apparently I had already used a while ago. I was okay with that. I reordered my 2 dresses again, what I received was 2 men’s pants, yet my ordered summary said 2 dresses. I called, spoke to a customer service representative. The lady said, I will open up a case, I don’t want to reorder and you get the wrong items again. I will send you return labels for the wrong items, someone will call you, with in 24 hours. They will hand pick your items, you will get expedited shipping. I return the items the same day. I waited for the call, nothing, so I called on the 3rd day. I speak to a customer care, who says, sorry, your items are no longer available. I was so disappointed, I asked for a supervisor. I speak to the supervisor, She said, We emailed you, yesterday . I said, I was told someone was going to call me and nobody did. She said, this app doesn’t call, We only have one of your dresses available, do you wanted. I said, yes. I was transferred to a another person, to place my order. I asked if, I would get fast shipping and Free. She said, it will be free, which , I already had that, in my original order, but it will be standard shipping. I just told her, why? They screwed up my order twice, this app policy’s. I said forget it. Sorry for the long story, I am so mad, been a this app credit card holder for many years.
Needs functionality improvements

I recently downloaded this app for Black Friday ads. I was pleased when I first opened it. Signed up, looked at the ads and sales. Just like the actual site. Was able to add things to the cart and although I have not purchased through the app yet; everything seemed to work fine until I went to coupons and wallet. The app won’t add any coupons and just gives me, “server error” every single time. I can be at home, using WiFi or using public WiFi and it still won’t add any coupons. The message area where the envelope symbol is won’t take you to messages. Mine just opens the search bar over and over. I have a couple of messages and can’t open them to see what they are. There is no other option to get to messages either like in settings or profile. I am one of those people who clear out notifications right away and this just plain irritates me. This app definitely need some re wiring lol. Please update and fix these issues so people can use the app the way it was designed to work. I’m going to keep the app and see if improvements are made. I will get rid of it in a week if nothing happens and it still is essentially broken. If it’s easier to just go online then why have an app?! Please fix!
Bugs bugs everywhere!

****UPDATE 29May2018***** I added 5 things to my cart, came back to it a few hours later and my cart shows 317 items at a price over $27,000!!! Three out of 5items show that I've ordered 99 items of the same item, come on, 99 pairs of size 9 shoes in the same colour? I have enough trouble ordering 1 pair that's available so how could 99'pair be available? And then the app says I can use a coupon to save another $5k+. I had to laugh! ----- It looks promising but it is so full of bugs and sporadic in performance, I can't pinpoint any specific area of issue. All areas have a problem. My first order dropped the entire cart, or so I thought, then my JCP card kept giving an error, then I received two duplicate orders but I couldn't cancel one thru CS so I had twice as much charged in my account for a month until I could return everything. My store isn't listed and it keeps defaulting to one on the other side of town! The same crap appears in the 'just viewed' even after clearing the cache and looking at hundreds of items a month later. I haven't been able to make a payment thru the app yet, it always errors out and it dredged up an old account number that I can't delete that is years closed, pre-smart phone era!
