NORACORA Shopping for Pc

Where are the clothing items shipped FROM? If delivery time can be up to 30 days, it must not be from the U.S. I made the mistake of ordering a shirt for July 4th from a similar company. I should’ve gotten it within 10 days. I didn’t so I inquired. Out of stock & had to order more from... guess where? Manufacturer in China. To save time, my Patriotic shirt would be sent straight from the manufacturer. I received it on July 6th. 💥Happy July 4th NOT! It was not made the way it looked in the photo so I was going to return it. After waiting 6 wks to get the shirt, there was a Return shipping fee! The shirt wasn’t worth the cost, the shipping to receive the shirt 6 wks later. I was NOT invest more money into merchandise I disliked & TERRIBLE Customer Service! I’m afraid this company resembles the one I made the mistake of ordering from once & never again!

the app has done an excellent job of advertising - unique items, beautiful photos, and regular push on websites and email. It entices shoppers with promises of boutique quality items at a significant savings. I will say that I have another large order in que, when events have severely eroded my trust in the legitimacy of this store. A partial order came in - from an address in California. There is no address listed on the web page btw. Size charts are significantly skewed. Customer assistance is nothing more than a robo response. I have contacted customer service, received the same prompt robo reply. Provided requested information...it has been 5 days with no reply of return instructions. I have sent 2 more request for info, and a third request through paypal. I received an email indicating that an item, which I received notification of shipment, was now out of stock. Checking with my bank, NO monies have been credited to my account. I have been provided 3 tracking numbers that ‘cannot be found’. Giant red flag!!! What is lacking is any degree confidence in the legitimacy of this ‘store’ and certainly no confidence in customer service. Paypal is investigating the consumer complaint files. I only hope that this resolves my issues with this company.

I purchased a pair of jeans on August 19, 2019 and they have still not been sent. Today is September 23, 2019. I have emailed and questioned why five times now. I have included my name, my order number, my email and my address and phone. I have also asked for a credit/refund be sent to my Visa card used for purchasing my order. I have only gotten a reply with a copy of a paragraph that explains the items will ship out in a 3-5 day timeframe. No one at this company cares about good customer service. Nora Cora is an absolute horrible company.

I have not received my order but what iI ordered looks like a great buy. your Items look to my liking. Can’t wait to see them
