Love it but...

I love the game and every aspect of it except for one thing. The arena. The 1st arena is alright having to be challenging with having only 1 health, making it like you on a regular level where you need to get three stars or three crowns. The 2nd arena that I have, has a greater reward and challenging as the 1st. The problem is that it’s too challenging since most of the wave of enemies come as large group and that it’s difficult since you want to upgrade your towers, but you need to fight off the enemies before you can do that. Also that the mana you start off within the arena doesn't give you enough mana to either upgrade, add more towers or heroes to defend. And that some of the enemies aren't overpowered, but have too much health in a way that makes it difficult to defeat them when they come in as a group.

What I'm looking for in a TD game.

the app Kings has a unique way to make a strategy your own with the amount of cards and frequency of acquiring said cards. Random (which at some times can be a real impediment) chance and possibility to acquire a new card or one you already have, a good storyline, and quirky cutscenes that have decent humor and comedic relief. My only problem is you can't buy cards directly or sell them, so if you have a card you don't use or want to upgrade, you can't get rid of it. A Card Shop would be nice. Other than that, great game!

Played them all, some of the best are Kingdom Rush, Defenders, OTTD. This is Kingdom Rush with 100x content and without the cash grab they did on latest release. There is absolutely no reason you have to buy anything here. Nothing you can really only get through purchasing, just if you want to speed upgrades really. If you like Rush or TD games, give a strong recommendation to try.

I played this game a while back and thought I would give it another try. I thought that logging into my Facebook would restore my previous data from when I played before, but it had me start from scratch. That's not too bad I guess. After playing through the first area I remembered why I stopped playing this game the first time. Tower upgrade times are way too long, and grinding for cards to upgrade takes forever. I enjoyed the options to be able to watch an ad for a bonus card slot, or an arena ticket. But having to wait 20 minutes just to upgrade a low level card, or having to wait for my energy to regenerate is a real turnoff for me.
