Top Pcmac Reviews

  • Very slow and unresponsive

    By Ceelo187 (Pcmac user)

My company has over a 1000 inkdocs on this service and it seems to take forever to load. During the downloads the app is almost unusable. Scrolling lags or doesn’t respond at all. You can tell this isn’t very optimized or properly developed. I’m on an Xs Max so it shouldn’t be warm to the touch while this app is running.
  • Personal account mobile app

    By Punchphoto&videolabsintheballs (Pcmac user)

Why can’t I log into the mobile app with my personal account? The whole purpose of e-books is to be able to access them on our mobile apps. Going to the web to view them on your mobile device is clunky and not user friendly.
  • Pretty awful

    By Camp653 (Pcmac user)

I use this when training in class on my iPad and iPhone. The app runs incredibly slow on the iPad causing people who like to follow along to fall behind quickly, and it doesn’t allow users to click on most links. On the iPhone, however, it just consistently crashes.
  • So very bad

    By right_wing2 (Pcmac user)

For some reason, HR Block decided to use this app for their training classes. Worst system I’ve worked with. It’s a hassle to log in and access, not very reliable and poorly designed. I m h o, it’d be overpriced in the $9.95 bin at OfficeMax. I hope Block didn’t pay that much for company wide access to this dog. Which is an insult to dogs.
