Install Flare Effects app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Flare Effects on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Flare Effects"
- The search will reveal the Flare Effects app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Flare Effects is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Flare Effects.
- Now enjoy Flare Effects on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native Flare Effects Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Flare Effects,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Flare Effects" » then Click "Install".
- Flare Effects will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Okay photo effects

The effects are moderately good but nothing to write home about. I do like that the effects are used in the native photos app even though it makes the main app icon rather pointless.

Can’t review it if I can’t even access it

—Read obvious instructions
—Try to follow obvious instructions, but there instructions do not tell you what the hell to do when then aren’t any freaking icons to allow you to access photos.
—Best of all, the support page is dead.
Probably a case of completely irresponsible programmer or whatever growing bored with the app and abandoning it...without the courtesy of letting you know (but still accepting money for their worthless app).
