1. PreSonus’ UC Surface grants you remote access to many features of select PreSonus hardware, right from your mobile device! StudioLive mixer owners will enjoy multi-touch remote mixing, while some interface owners can use UC surface to create zero-latency monitor mixes.

2. For owners of Studio 1810, 1810c, 1824, and 1824c audio interfaces, UC Surface offers powerful zero-latency hardware-based monitor control; everything you need to create high-quality monitor mixes and more.

3. Control of supported PreSonus audio interfaces and USB microphones requires that the mobile device be connected to the same wireless network as a computer running Universal Control for macOS and Windows, with the audio interface or USB microphone connected to the computer.

4. Control of supported mixers requires that the mobile device running be connected to the same wireless network as a StudioLive Series III mixer or StudioLive AI-series mixer.

5. For Quantum-series interface owners, UC Surface offers you remote preamp control (on supported models) and a real-time analyzer.

6. UC Surface grants you touch-control of your complete mix, plus: dynamics, EQ control, effects, monitor mixes, DCA groups, and even AVB networking.

7. You can also create high-quality monitor mixes, as well as control preamp gain, speaker switching, plus main-mix mono and dim functions.

I like my StudioLive 32 Series 111/ RML32AI

I like using the UC Surface than the Hardware, to me is one of the best mixers and the Capture2 recorder is amazing. We started using the app product for 2 Years now. But I Started using the RML32AI and the StudioLive 32 Series 111 in May 2017 and it gets better and better every time I use it especially the UC Surface with the DCA. Must of the time in our Church Services every Sunday I just use the DCA to do all my Mixing throughout the Service. The production is supper crystal clear clean. How I wish I can use the RML32AI for my stage Mix and use the StudioLive 32 Series 111 for main House Mix with Cat 5 cable? God bless the app StudioLive. Thanks, Joe Zisingha.
Quickly becoming the backbone of my toolset

Keeps getting better and better. Indispensible software for use with the app RM series mixers; the flexibility and mobility of the new breed of digital mixers is amazing, and the app has definitely done it right. Be aware that some features in the demo mode aren't available until it's actually connected to the hardware ...
Screen goes black and crashes

The screen frequently will go all black and you can only close the app. When you reopen it, it no longer finds any on-line mixers. Pressing scan does nothing. I’ve found if you power cycle the mixer, it will find it again. Mixers are at latest firmware. This behavior is completely unacceptable and I’ve switch to a backup mixer for live performances. Our iPad is a brand new iPad Pro 12.3”. Very disappointed in the app quality control.

I have used this app with my RM16AI for years, and now with my 24R. I use this in my studio and I find it an essential tool as I am getting general mixes in place before I sit down at my desk. I see the bad reviews here, but it’s been a reliable tool for me.
