Install ICVIEW app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using ICVIEW on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "ICVIEW"
The search will reveal the ICVIEW app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once ICVIEW is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including ICVIEW.
Now enjoy ICVIEW on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use ICVIEW,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "ICVIEW" » then Click "Install".
- ICVIEW will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Very good app for remote viewing of cameras

I use this app consistently for my job and it runs very smoothly especially if you update the app as soon as new ones come get released. I have an older phone and this app seems to take up lots of memory and generally can eat battery but I’m very happy with this app and it makes my job much easier.
Confusing

It's a very confusing app, and I say that as a software engineer and UX designer. Can you save multiple camera views as a group? Why do I have to click several times to load a single favorite camera? What are the itty-bitty icons under each view? Ugh.
