Once Billing Timer is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Billing Timer.

Perfect little timer

This little timer is perfect for my needs. While I imagine it would be great for someone tracking all billed time as well, all I need it for is tracking time spent on specific projects and for that it's super easy to use and stays out of the way until I need it. The developer is also very responsive to issues/feature suggestions (though as it stand today I can't think of anything else it needs). Unlike most other free this app type apps, this doesn't need you to create an account, which is awesome.

Since I mostly charge hourly in my freelance work I wanted an app that could handle multiple project timers with the ability to manually enter time if needed. this app meets my needs perfectly.
