Install Voice Changer Lite app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Voice Changer Lite,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Voice Changer Lite" » then Click "Install".
- Voice Changer Lite will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Better than the rest

I have tried at least 4 other the app changer apps and this is the best one by far. It has MUCH more the app options, as well as a "save" feature and a "share" feature. It only shares via email (which isn't that big a deal if you just email it to yourself, download it, and share it however you want to.)
It records for quite a long time for a free app, but the longest I've ever attempted was 9 minutes. I'm not sure how long it will keep recording. It's definitely worth a try.
EDIT: I haven't had any luck emailing WAV files because they are usually too big for email. Use the other options instead.

I was laughing until I cried! So much fun to use, be sure to check out other apps by this developer too! Very easy to use and share with friends and it's free, with no surprise "in app purchases". Highly recommend for lots of laughs and fun!

I'm glad I selected this app . It works well and the sound quality is better than the others I tried. Not too many obnoxious ads for a free app. It has a nice simple attractive presentation.

Doesn't really work.

I tried changing my the app into other effect's sound from man to woman, but my the app just comes out the same when I played the recording that I recorded. Plus, I wish you guys could make me use that as my own character's the app for my animation that I could've made with an animation app that I had.
