Install Wheelio - Text on photo app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Wheelio on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Wheelio"
- The search will reveal the Wheelio - Text on photo app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Wheelio is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Wheelio.

Beautiful photo maker

These guys have done great job. Design is incredible, we can make wonderful photo with text, built-in frame and share through almost social networks. Really great, will use for long time.

Better than the rest but too weird

The wheel is the menu selection and it's not exactly fun to flip through filters, colors, and shadows to try and find what you want. It also doesn't wrap the g'damned text to the screen/photo. Still - doesn't hound you with ads. Makes wrapping your text easier than other apps... And idk that's it.

Cool UI wheel control. It would be great if the tap targets were easier to hit- maybe a bigger wheel will do the trick? The app's visual design is solid.
