  • Problems right from the start

    By Jbowmanbook (Pcmac user)

Tried this app after another well known the app backup app failed to even recognize my email account after all settings and info confirmed! This one at least recognized my account and got into it. Tried to save sections of a large folder by year. First year, 2014, saved half the emails ok, left off the other half! Next 3 years (2011-2013) failed to save to finder folder despite usual procedure to save. Pretty unhappy with the app backup apps right now, seems like a simple thing to get right but apprently not.
