I have to agree

Molasses has nothing on this program! Starting the conversion prior to bedtime or prior to going to work may lessen the frustration. I was actually able to contact the company a few times and sent them information on a few errors I received when converting. They were very responsive but I haven't seen any updates. I would have to say that the jury is still out on this app.

This app does what it claims to do, but oh my God, its like watching grass grow! Took over 4h to convert The Gray from *vob file to the preset iPad setting, (1080p)H.264 mp4. I've tried to contact this company w/o success. I'm going to try and get my money back. Awful waste of my time. If they had any support to speak of, perhaps I'm doing something wrong, but I'll never know 'cause they don't get back to you.
